Order Processing & Shipping Information
Pre-orders are processed within 60 days of purchse.
Standard shipping for packages to the Continental US are shipped via UPS with a tracking number provided to you once it has been processed.
Orders are shipped via expedited shipping via the USPS and are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.
Hawaii and Alaska: All orders are shipped FedEx Expedited and estimated to arrive within 2-3 days after the order has been picked up by the carrier.
Canadian shipping: All orders will ship USPS (there are no expedited shipping options available for orders shipping to Canada). Additional Duties/Fees May Apply Upon Delivery In Canada. Due to customs clearance, we are not able to guarantee delivery timing.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new Hempogenix™ products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a free exchange within 30 days of purchase of unwashed and unused products only.
